 50% deposit for reservation, deposit will be applied to balance. The deposit must be paid within 20 business days of booking to hold reservation. Balance due on arrival. Currently only cash, check or money order only. 

Cancelation policy: More than 20 days out full refund minus $25 service fee. Less than 20 days out. 50% refund minus $25 service fee.7 days or less cancellation: no refund unless we can fill your reservation.

No smoking allowed in cabins 

Public boat launch just down the road and dock is provided.

The cabin is provided with a refrigerator, microwave, gas stove/oven, coffee pot, toaster, utensils, and basic dishes/cooking equipment. Beds are completely made with linens/blankets. Basic TV service only for the time being. 

Charcoal grill provided (you provide the charcoal and starting fluid) 

Please bring your own bath towels and personal care items

$160/night up to 5 adult guests  (3 night minimum)

$150/night up to 5 adult guests when booking 6 or more nights

*** $25/night for additional adult guest. No additional charge for minors. Cots are also available with sleeping bag.

Holiday weekends minimum 5 nights.

Cabin is equipped with refrigerator, gas stove/oven, furnace, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, utensils and basic dishes/cookware. Bedding is provided (not bath linens). Roku TV and DVD player. Roku is logged into our private internet but there is no separate WIFI for guest use at this time due to limited services in our area. Booster seats and Pack and Play available on request. Charcoal grill provided, you provide the charcoal/starting fluid. Please bring your own bath towels and personal care items.
